You're standing outside the Quadrio, a shopping centre in the heart of Prague. Right in front of it rises a huge, shiny head made of stainless steel. That's Franz Kafka, the Prague writer who wrote in German. Keep watching, because this head doesn't stay still. It's built from forty-two separate layers, and each one turns on its own. Sometimes the face breaks apart completely, then slowly slides back together until Kafka looks at you again.
