You're standing at the Archivo General de Indias in Seville. Take a look at this crisp, square building. There's no sculpture on it at all. Just flat pilasters, windows set in slightly sunken panels, a balustrade along the roof and stone obelisks on the corners. It was designed by Juan de Herrera, the architect of the Escorial.
