You're standing at Bodiam Castle in East Sussex, a fourteenth-century castle sitting right in the middle of its moat. It's almost square, with a round tower on each corner and a square tower halfway along three of the walls. On the north side, the main gate sits between two towers. A castle with its buildings set against the outer walls around a courtyard is called a quadrangular castle, and Bodiam is said to be the most complete one still standing.
