You're standing at Rijksmuseum Twenthe in Enschede, on the edge of the Roombeek district, diagonally across from the Lasonder church. It's the largest art museum in the east of the country. The building itself is a national monument, designed in 1929 by Anton Beudt and Karel Muller, and opened a year later.
