Sky Tower in Hardenberg

You're standing at the Sky Tower, the observation tower of Slagharen theme park. Look up along that tall mast. Wrapped around it is a round cabin that glides slowly up and then back down. On the way it turns gently, so the whole park passes beneath you. Nobody's in a hurry here: the cabin rises at about sixty centimetres a second.
