You're standing at the Lia Fáil, the Stone of Fál, on the Inauguration Mound at the Hill of Tara in County Meath, Ireland. In Irish, the mound is called an Forrad. It may not look like much at first, but according to tradition this is where the Kings of Tara were crowned. And the King of Tara was the High King of all Ireland. The stone goes by other names too: the Stone of Destiny, or the Speaking Stone.
