You're standing at the Basilica of Saint Anthony in Padua, which locals simply call il Santo. It isn't the city's cathedral, but it is a major place of pilgrimage. Take a look at the roofline. You'll see tall domes, with little towers between them that remind people of minarets. The builders clearly looked at Saint Mark's in Venice. That gives the church a Byzantine feel, mixed with Romanesque and Gothic details. It doesn't really have one single style.
