You're standing at Château Mouton Rothschild in Pauillac, one of the most famous wine estates in the world. Take a look at the vines around you. They run down the slopes towards the Gironde, the wide estuary just beyond. Most of what grows here is Cabernet Sauvignon, roughly four grapes out of every five. And the neighbours? That's Château Lafite Rothschild, every bit as famous.
