You're standing at Hohenschwangau Castle, in the village of Hohenschwangau near Füssen, in southwestern Bavaria, very close to the Austrian border. Take a look at the four corner towers with battlements and the wall around them. It looks like a medieval knights' castle, but most of what you see is nineteenth century, in Gothic Revival style.
