Europa-Park Stadion in Freiburg im Breisgau

You're standing at the Europa-Park Stadion, home of the football club SC Freiburg. It sits in the Brühl district, right next to the city's airport. Take a look at the shape. It's a clean, rectangular box, twenty-five metres tall, designed by HPP Architekten from Düsseldorf. Inside, an upper and a lower tier run all the way around. It holds 34,700 people, and more than a third of them stand. The most devoted home fans gather behind the goal on the south side.
