You're standing on Place de la Constitution, right in the upper town of Luxembourg City. Look up. On top of that granite obelisk, twenty-one metres tall, a golden woman catches the light. Locals call her the Gëlle Fra, the Golden Lady. Her official name is the Monument of Remembrance.
