You're standing at Ravenna Cathedral. Its full name is the Metropolitan Cathedral of the Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Quite a mouthful, so locals simply call it the Duomo. This is the church of the archbishops of Ravenna-Cervia. Since 1960 it has also been a minor basilica, a title granted by Pope John the Twenty-Third.
