Ruins Bastion Treurniet in Aalten

You're standing at Bastion Treurniet in Bredevoort. Locals simply call it the Kruittoren, the Powder Tower, and the street is named after it too. Take a good look at the ground. That gentle rise in front of you is what's left of the outer rampart of a bastion. It's a national monument, though you'll need a little imagination to see it.
