The Reggedal (Nijverdal) MTB trail is a mountain bike trail of almost 20 km near Nijverdal, in the municipality of Hellendoorn in Overijssel. The loop runs over the Sallandse Heuvelrug and past Berghuizen, Hulsen and Schuilenburg. With some 80 metres of climbing it is a hilly ride by Dutch standards. More than half is on paths and a fifth on unpaved tracks. You follow the green waymarks anticlockwise. There are 35 benches and one toilet along the route, but we know of no drinking water.
