You're standing at Yervandashat, or rather at what's left of this ancient royal city. Start by taking in the landscape. Two rivers meet here, the Araxes and the Akhurian. Now look at the rocky hill, about a hundred metres high. From the river side, nobody could climb it. You could hardly find a better place to dig in.
