You're standing at the Swedish Railway Museum in Gävle, or Sveriges Järnvägsmuseum in Swedish. This is the national museum for the railway history of the whole country. Take a look around. The museum has two yards full of tracks and a whole set of big buildings. Among them are two round locomotive sheds and a large workshop. All together the site covers around sixteen thousand square metres. It's a little railway world of its own.
