You're standing in Hulst, at the Basilica of Saint Willibrord. First, look up at that striking tower right in the middle of the church. The spire is made of concrete and dates from 1957. You'll see angels facing a figure of Christ, with the bells hanging around them, surrounded by what look like tuning forks. Jan Brouwer's design is called The Preacher.
