You're standing at the Lutherhaus in Wittenberg. This is where Martin Luther, the man who set the Reformation in motion, lived from 1524 until his death in 1546. It sits in the courtyard of the Augusteum, and since 1996 both buildings have been part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
