You're standing at Mont'e Prama, a low hill only about fifty metres high, right in the middle of the Sinis Peninsula. Have a look around. On one side is the sea, on the other the lagoon of Cabras. Dwarf fan palms once covered this hill, which explains the name: prama means palm in Sardinian.
