You're standing at Låtefossen, one of the best-known waterfalls in western Norway. Look up and count along with me. That's not one stream, it's two. This is a twin waterfall, roughly a hundred and sixty-five metres tall. The water comes from the lake Lotevatnet, which sits about three hundred and forty metres up, and it tumbles down the slope in two separate channels.
