You're standing at Caswell Bay, a sandy beach on the south-east side of the Gower Peninsula, just outside Swansea in Wales. Its Welsh name, Bae Cas-wellt, means something like straw fortress. Families, holidaymakers and surfers love it here, and the beach regularly earns a Blue Flag.
