You're standing at Gamlehaugen in Bergen. This is where the Norwegian royal family stays when they're in town. Take a look at the main building. It looks like a castle straight out of the Scottish Highlands, and that's exactly the idea. Architect Jens Zetlitz Monrad Kielland designed it around 1900 in the Scottish baronial style. He later went on to design Bergen's railway station and the brick buildings at Bryggen.
