You're standing at Książ Castle, known in German as Schloss Fürstenstein, on the northern edge of Wałbrzych. This is the largest castle in Silesia, and the third-largest in all of Poland, after Malbork and Wawel. It sits in a protected landscape park, high above the gorge of the Pełcznica river.
