Museum Muzeu Historik Kombëtar "Gjergj Kastriot Skëndërbeu" in Bashkia Krujë

You're standing at the National History Museum Gjergj Kastrioti Skënderbeu, better known as the Skanderbeg Museum. It sits inside the walls of the old castle of Krujë, and it's one of the most important and most visited museums in Albania. Have a good look at the building. It looks like a medieval fortified tower, and that's exactly the idea. The designers drew on the traditional stone towers of northern Albania, with a touch of Romanesque architecture mixed in.
