You're standing at St Aubin's Cathedral in Namur, the main church of the Diocese of Namur. Start with the front. Twenty Corinthian columns hold up a triangular pediment, topped with statues of Christ and four apostles. Above the doors are medallions by the Namur sculptor Denis-Georges Bayar. The façade was first built in limestone from nearby Seilles. It crumbled over time and was rebuilt in a plainer form just before 1900.
