You're standing at Volubilis, the ruins of a Roman city in northern Morocco. In Berber and Arabic, the place is called Oualili. Take a look around. The city sits on a ridge at the foot of the Zerhoun mountain, overlooking a fertile plain north of Meknes. To the northwest you can spot the little town of Moulay Idriss.
