You're standing at Sychrov Castle, in a small village about eight kilometres from Turnov, in the north of the Czech Republic. Take a good look at those turrets, pointed roofs and ornate windows. This is romantic Neo-Gothic with an English flavour, and the castle is considered a unique example of that style from the second half of the nineteenth century.
