Porto Palermo Castle in Bashkia Himarë

You're standing at Porto Palermo Fortress, a castle on a quiet bay a few kilometres south of Himarë, on the Albanian Riviera. First, take a look at the spot itself. The fort sits on what used to be a small island. Later it was joined to the shore with landfill, which is why you can simply walk out to it today.
