Museum "Esma han Sultan" Mosque in Mangalia

You're standing at the Esmahan Sultan Mosque in Mangalia, the oldest mosque in Romania. Start with the outside. The porch pillars and wooden railings give the building its own, almost homely character. And see the minaret? A spiral staircase leads up to the terrace at the top. That's where the imam used to call people to prayer.
