Château de Castelnaud-la-Chapelle

You're standing at the Château de Castelnaud, a medieval fortress high above the spot where the Céou flows into the Dordogne. Take a look across the valley. About three kilometres away you can see the Château de Beynac. For centuries, that was this castle's great rival. You can also spot the gardens of Marqueyssac and the village of La Roque-Gageac.
