Pomeranian Dukes' Castle in Szczecin

You're standing at the Ducal Castle of Szczecin, up on Castle Hill in the Old Town, close to the Oder river. For centuries this was home to the dukes of Pomerania, a family known as the House of Griffin. Have a look around. The wings are arranged around a courtyard, in a mix of Gothic and Pomeranian mannerist styles.
