Lystra in Meram

You're standing at the spot where the city of Lystra once stood, about thirty kilometres south of Konya, just north of the village of Hatunsaray. There may not be much to see, but beneath your feet lies a town mentioned six times in the New Testament. Take a look around and picture a Roman city on an ancient road that ran all the way from Ephesus to Tarsus and Antioch in Syria.
