Roman fort Celemantia in Iža

You're standing at Celemantia, also spelled Kelemantia. Today the site goes by the name Leányvár. You're in the municipality of Iža, just under six kilometres east of Komárno, in southern Slovakia. This was once a Roman fort, a castellum, with a civilian settlement right next to it. It's the largest Roman fort known in Slovakia.
