Greek theatre in Taormina

You're standing at the ancient theatre of Taormina, high on the hill behind the town. After the one in Syracuse, it's the largest ancient theatre in Sicily. Take a moment to look around, because the view is just as famous as the ruins. From the seats you can see the Ionian Sea, the bay of Giardini-Naxos and Mount Etna. On a clear day you can even see all the way to Catania.
