You're standing at the Rheinturm, Düsseldorf's Rhine Tower. Go on, look up, all the way to the top. At 240.5 metres, this is the tallest structure in the city. First and foremost it's a telecommunications tower, with aerials up top for radio, TV and directional links. But most people don't come here for the technology. They come for the view.
